KINEXON präsentiert sich auf der Hannover Messe aus und gewinnt Automotive IT Award
Vom 24. bis 28. April präsentierten wir auf der Hannover Messe unsere mehrfach ausgezeichnete Echtzeit-Ortungs- und Bewegungsmelderlösung. Zusammen mit ausgewählten Unternehmen wie Nokia, Capgemini und Atos waren wir Teil der Bitkom Innovation Area, dem ultimativen Industry 4.0 & Innovation Forum.
Die diesjährige Messe verzeichnete mit 225.000 Besuchern einen Rekord (217.000 im Vorjahr 2015). “Das ist in der 70-jährigen Geschichte der Hannover Messe noch nie passiert”, sagte Dr. Jochen Köckler, Mitglied des Vorstands der Deutschen Messe AG. “Diese beeindruckende Zahl zeigt, dass die internationalen Entscheidungsträger erkannt haben, dass sie auf der Hannover Messe nur einen umfassenden Überblick über die Entwicklung im Bereich Industrie 4.0 erhalten werden.“
Unter dem Motto “Integrated Industry — Creating Value” standen auf der diesjährigen Fachmesse die Vorteile von Industry 4.0 im Mittelpunkt. Die Idee von Industry 4.0 ähnelt der des Internet der Dinge, da beide Ansätze auf die Echtzeitverbindung von intelligenten Objekten, Menschen und Prozessen ausgerichtet sind. Um diese Vision zu erfüllen, müssen Sie wissen, wo sich Ihre Anlagen, Werkzeuge, Produkte und Fahrzeuge befinden und in welchem Zustand diese sind. Hier kommt Kinexon ins Spiel, da es diese Anforderungen mit einer hochmodernen Lösung erfüllt. Kinexon liefert ein Sensornetzwerk, das in der Lage ist, die Position und den Status von Objekten, Fahrzeugen und Menschen zu genau verfolgen.
Das Herzstück unserer Lösung ist der kleine und leichte Sensor, der nicht nur die Position, sondern auch die Bewegung und den Status von Personen und Objekten erfassen kann. Waren in den letzten Jahren Einzelsensoren zur Vernetzung der Maschinen und Anlagen im Fokus, standen in diesem Jahr die Plattformlösungen im Vordergrund. Konkret ging es um die Vernetzung der gesamten Produktion inklusive Datenerfassung und Auswertung. Unsere Softwareplattform “Kinexon RioT” integriert, verarbeitet und visualisiert in Echtzeit alle Arten von Positionsdaten — auch Daten aus Fremdsystemen. Die Besucher hatten die Möglichkeit, live mit unserem zentimetergenauen Lokalisierungssystem zu interagieren und sich unsere Softwareplattform an unserem Stand anzusehen.
Neben unserem Stand waren wir während der Messe mit zahlreichen Fachbeiträgen aktiv. Unser Geschäftsführer Nikolai von Loeper nahm beispielsweise an der Podiumsdiskussion des Bitkom Innovationsforums teil und diskutierte mit hochkarätigen Vertretern von Capgemini und Nokia, was etablierte Firmen von aufstrebenden Technologieunternehmen lernen können. Die Diskussion kam zu dem Schluss, dass etablierte Firmen mehr denn je mit aufstrebenden Unternehmen zusammenarbeiten müssen, da sie ein höheres Maß an Innovation und Agilität bieten, was bei etablierten Unternehmen oft fehlt.
Die Einladung der Media Manufaktur zum automotiveIT Forum Produktion & Logistik hat uns auch besonders geehrt. Mehr als 200 IT- und Automobil-Experten, unter anderem Dr. Christian Patron — Leiter Innovation und Digitalisierung in Produktionssystemen der BMW Group — diskutierten im Forum Trends und Technologien für die digitalen Fabriken von morgen. In seiner Rede sprach unser Geschäftsführer Nikolai darüber, wie Echtzeit-Ortungs- und Bewegungsanalyse zu einer neuen Ebene der Prozesstransparenz und Automatisierung in der digitalen Fabrik von morgen führen wird. Kinexon ist mit seinem skalierbaren Sensornetzwerk und der industriellen Echtzeit-IoT-Plattform an vorderster Front dabei, diesen Trend zu prägen. Das automotiveIT-Forum würdigte diese Lösung mit einer Auszeichnung. Neben einem Vortrag von Nikolai gab es auch eine Kinexon-Live-Demonstration im Demo-Bereich.
An mehreren Ständen und Vorträgen konnten die Besucher die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten nutzten, um zu erleben, wie Echtzeit-Lokalisierung und Datenkommunikation Produktions- und Logistikprozesse auf ein neues Niveau heben können. Das große Interesse der Besucher am Kinexon-Stand bestätigt: Die Zukunft der Fabrik ist digital und vernetzt. Mit intelligenten und präzisen Daten & Analysen über Position, Bewegung und Status von Objekten und Personen trägt Kinexon zur digitalen Fabrik von morgen bei.
