KINEXON gewinnt Tech Challenge 2014 in der Kategorie IoT
KINEXON ist stolz, bekannt zu geben, als Gewinner der Bird & Bird Disruptive Technology Challenge 2014 in der Kategorie Internet of Things ausgezeichnet zu werden. Zusammen mit SAP wurde die Challenge gemeinsam von den Bird & Bird-Teams in London und München und Ntegra Greenside in Zusammenarbeit mit Trend Micro, TNS Infratest und VOICE (der deutschen CIO-Organisation) veranstaltet. Die Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München und Voice unterstützten ebenfalls die Preisverleihung.
Die Chellange bestand aus einem zweistufigen Auswahlprozess, bei dem die Abschlusspräsentationen bei SAP in Halbergmoos stattfanden. Jedes Unternehmen wurde von einer hochkarätigen Jury aus Branchenführern anhand einer Reihe von Kompetenzen bewertet. Die Kriterien umfassten:
- Innovation bei Produktdienstleistungen und technologischer Ansatz
- Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Produkten und Dienstleistungen
- Klar definierte USP(s)
- Pläne für internationales Wachstum
- Marketingstrategie
- Stärkung der Kundenbasis
Am Ende des Prozesses wurde Kinexon von der Jury zum stolzen Gewinner gekürt. “Sehr beeindruckender Pitch und Technologie” mit einer “guten Auswahl an potenziellen Märkten”, sagte David Medwell von britischen Verteidigungsministerium. “Sehr interessante IoT-Sensorik [.…] Lösung”, ergänzt Martin von Haller von Bird & Bird Kopenhagen.
“Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, als Sieger gewählt worden zu sein und sind sehr dankbar für das Vertrauen, das die hochkarätige Jury in uns gesetzt hat”, sagte Dr. Oliver Trinchera, Mitbegründer und Geschäftsführer von KINEXON. “Präzise und intelligente Positions- und Bewegungsdaten werden ein wichtiger Faktor für das Internet der Dinge sein. Die Auszeichnung unterstreicht das enorme Potenzial dieses wachstumsstarken Marktes und würdigt den wertvollen Beitrag unserer Technologie.“
Neben der Unterstützung durch Mentoring und Rechtsberatung durch Bird & Bird wird KINEXON von VOICE auf der CeBIT 2015 in Hannover vorgestellt und eingeladen, seine Innovationen auf dem jährlichen UK Technology Update von Bird & Bird zu präsentieren, welches im November 2015 in London stattfinden wird.
